For my collection I wanted to create a knit collection inspired by classical and renaissance paintings, mimicking their elegant, textured and soft details. I also drew inspiration from statues and overgrown gardens to complete my royal aesthetic and because statues have strong contouring lines that I can manipulate with my pixel painting technique.

 

I was also inspired by pixel blending to create detailed motifs with specifically placed knits to create a painting like texture with blended and blurry lines.
